Guidelines & Practices (Updated June 2021)
Inflatables Safety Rules
- A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST SUPERVISE INFLATABLE AT ALL TIMES. Do not allow children to enter the inflatable without 100% CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION.
- All riders must remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, combs, hair clips or any other sharp or hard objects that may cause injury to children or the inflatable prior to entering ANY inflatable. (Dry Rentals, best if kids wear socks for sanitary reasons)
- NO Silly String or Confetti
- NO hanging on water hose, safety nets or basketball rims. Damage repair cost will range from $80 to $225
- Max 6-8 Kids at a time on any inflatable
- Max 3 Kids or one adult at the top of slides at a time
- Absolutely NO food, drink, gum, candy, or silly string inside inflatable
- NO flips, wrestling, running, pushing, climbing nets or walls, or any other aggressive behavior that could injure another child. Do not let riders bounce against the side netting, sides, or entrance of inflatable
- NO jumping off top of slides
- Slide landing area should be clear before next child goes down the slide
- Only children of comparable age and size should use inflatable at the same time. Mixing children of different sizes will greatly increase the risk of injury
- It is NOT recommended for children to sit or lay down while other children are bouncing around them, as a jumping child could fall down on top of a sitting or lying child causing injury
- STOP the children from bouncing and have them exit the bouncer immediately if winds exceed 15 M.P.H. or rain, or any other condition which may cause an unsafe or questionable condition
- Water added to dry units will result in a cost from $50 to $100 according to size of unit
- If the blower motor stops: Have the children calmly exit the inflatable. Most often the cause is an overloaded circuit or a piece of debris in front of the blower intake. Reset the circuit breaker and make sure the blower is plugged into a dedicated circuit. Clear any debris away from the intake on the blower
- FAILURE TO USE GOOD JUDGMENT AND TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY RULES CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY. THE OPERATOR MUST ALWAYS INSURE THE INFLATABLE IS PROPERLY STAKED and/or WEIGHTED DOWN & SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT INSURING ALL SAFETY RULES ARE FOLLOWED ACCORDINGLY. ALSO DAMAGE CAUSED BY RENTERS NEGLIGENCE TO ANY OF THE RULES CAN RESULT IN A COST UP TO THE VALUE OF THE UNIT
Rental General Guildelines

- Prices shown represent a 72 hour charge, which includes a day to pick up, one day of use and a day to return, excluding Sundays and Holidays. Long-term rentals may be subject to a weekly or monthly rental rate depending on rental duration.
- Mac Bounce requires a 20% non refundable deposit up to $75 and all deposits may be used within a year of the original event date. Please provide a rain date if you already have one. The balance is due in cash at the time of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all rented items including storage containers, bags, crates and rolling carts. If items are damaged or lost while on rent, payment for replacement costs will be due upon the return date. As a reminder, all items should be secured and protected from harmful weather conditions.
- If linens are included in the rented items, customer agrees to return them in the provided laundry bags dry and free of damage, mildew, stains, burns, dirt and debris. Damp linens should not be rolled or placed in bags, as mildew will result very rapidly in warm conditions. Customer may be responsible for replacement cost of damaged or ruined linens.
- Specialty linen ordered from third party vendors (overlays, napkins, sashes, runners, etc) must have final counts in no later than 14 days prior to delivery or in-store pickup.
- For safety reasons for you and your guests, staking of tents is always preferred over weighting. Staking will always provide more holding power than any amount of above-ground weights. Any tents 30’ wide or smaller may use weights for an additional fee but staking is recommended. Please call us to inspect the tent site setup location prior to delivery to ensure our stakes do not hit any underground utilities.
